EnfoKa

EnfoKa was founded in 2013 and provides comprehensive consultancy services (legal, tax-related and strategic) for Spanish and foreign customers on the process of investment or disinvestment in real estate in Spain.

EnfoKa has developed a series of real estate investment products that are intended to yield high profitability by renting. All of our real estate investment products have been previously tested, so investors know the profitability they can expect from each asset when they enter an investment process.

The generation of coordinated investment strategies in connection with particular districts and types of property allows EnfoKa to maximise the profit on its investments, partly through the synergies generated by coordinated investment, and partly through the high market impact that structured, high level of investment creates.

EnfoKa coordinates the whole investment process for leading family offices, investment funds and private individuals willing to invest amounts above the minimum thresholds established by EnfoKa for each investment product.

Meanwhile, as it does not have its own investment structure, it integrates each of the real estate assets within each of its clients' investment vehicles, giving them considerable freedom of organisation, and allowing them to integrate their investment in the manner best suited to their requirements from the strategic, commercial or taxation perspective.

Until today, EnfoKa has coordinated investments and disinvestments amounting to more than €60 M, and expects to surpass a figure of €120 M over the next three years.

With respect to its own investment products, Enfoka manages the whole investment process and commands a full team of professionals, including mediators, builders, interior designers, communication specialists and photographers.

EnfoKa also guides its clients through the entire investment process and charges according to the effective profitability obtained by the client, which means that customers can rest assured that every single decision is made with a view to maximising the yield on their investment.

EnfoKa is comprised of a team of lawyers and consultants who specialise in real estate investment products, led by Alejandro Fernández de Oliveira. We also work with construction companies, architects, interior designers and communication specialists in order to execute the real estate investment products we develop.

This allows us to offer services with high added value throughout the entire real estate investment process.

Alejandro Fernández de Oliveira

Alejandro Fernández de Oliveira has a track record of over 10 years working in the real estate sector. His career began as a lawyer in the Uría Menéndez real estate department, where he spent over 8 years. Since 2012 he has been developing a variety of real estate investment products within EnfoKa.

In addition to having written and published a variety of pieces on real estate investment vehicles, Mr Fernández works as a teacher at a number of business schools, including the Instituto de Empresa and the San Pablo CEU Business School.

How we do it

At EnfoKa, we believe that one of the most important parts of the investment process is creating spaces that respond to the needs of our potential tenants and buyers.
